Peter Harkness Chairman

Peter Harkness (Chairman) is a serial entrepreneur who has significant experience working closely with institutional investors. He is also Chairman of Chrysalis VCT plc and a non executive director of Progressive Digital Media Group plc, a leading data management and online marketing group, which is listed on the AIM market. Peter has been involved in a number of successful deals within the media sector, particularly in association with 3i plc.

Owen Davies Chief Executive

Owen Davies (Chief Executive) is an experienced media executive. He has set-up or acquired publishing and information businesses in both consumer and business to business sectors. He has listed company experience and has run online businesses for DMGT plc and was Group Finance Director for their regional newspaper division, Northcliffe Newspapers. Owen is also a member of the Independent Publishers Advisory Council.
